This course will delve into lock optimization, lock power, phase etc.…  and will be followed by a practical session looking at lock phase calibration and manual lock power opt.

This course will outline what pure shift experiments are, how to set up acquisition and how they are processed.  We will focus on the PSYCHE experiments and spend a significant amount of time at the spectrometer.  We will review common problems with pure shift experiments, and finish up with incorporating pure shift into 2D experiments.

This course will review tips towards generating good data. What parameters are important to optimize and which are less important. We will spend most of the time at the spectrometer, looking at good data and bad, leaving ample time for questions.

This course will take TopShim beyond a single click black box. The graphical user interface will be explored along with program arguments to achieve optimal results. The addition of a new solvent in Topshim and some common pitfalls will round things out.
